Ok thats it I am outta here!
Oh wait one more thing this layouts story is so cute Jaycie always tells here daddy that he's her "best friend" I hope it always stays that way and given this is the friendship line it was perfect for this story!

Quick Ones

Just a couple of quick layouts I put together last night to share before I go on my wedding photographer hiatus this weekend. We leave in the morning and will be back Monday. I used glimmer mist on that prima flower from the zoo layout but doesn't show up well on here. Been doing a lot of tulle lately and you can see 3 puff flowers I made on books layout.
Will be tweeting all weekend and checking in here for "love" comments thanks everybody for leaving comments I read and treasure each of them. Have a super fun weekend and wish me luck on my first wedding.
Hugs,
Amy
ps I did receive an e-mail from Bobunny that they have went over my entry so I at least know they received it! They stated they received hundreds so will be over a week before the results are out. So so excited really want to be on that Team!

BoBunny Please pick me!

Big reveal here they are my 3 submissions to the BoBunny design team audition. They are all made with yummy BoBunny papers and I just really love them all and how they turned out! I will be doing more of the wall letter hangings it just looks so cool in person (even though it took forever to make all those flowers out of paper) The card has a different style of flower I came up with made out of the bobunny papers as well and may cost a little more than one stamp to mail! But, hey cuteness does have a price you know! And my boys on the beach in the bahamas, just love that photo with those papers made for an adorable father son memory on the beach! I am totally excited (and Nervous) and would be honored to be a member of Bobunnys team. Go to the blog and check out all the new stuff they have coming out for CHA and you can't help but see why I am so excited! http://www.bobunny.com/
Enjoy and have a super fun weekend. Jason came home yesterday so ours has already been in full swing and lots of fun!

Hugs Amy

T.'s Rainbrella

This is the new Basic Grey line called June Bug it is just really unique from anything out there right now very different colors The orange background paper is My Minds Eye and the letter thickers are my new favorite font rainboots!! I just saw this paper and knew I wanted to do Tucker's "rainbrella" layout with it just felt rainpuddles and spring to me.
The journaling reads:
That's what you call it T. your "rainbrella" and that first spring day it rained you had to take it to school. so proud you got on the bus and showed your friends I later picked you up that day and your pre-K teacher Mrs. K. had to come out and tell me how cute she thouhgt that word was and that she just hated to correct you everytime you said it-well I'm with you it just makes more sense to me that umbrella anyway! Love Ya T. Mommy
Have a fun Monday we are in bible school mode again all week it is crocodile rock and the kids both love it gives me 2 hours of uninterrupted scrappin time as well. Jason is coming home Thursday so the excitement is definitely mounting wait and see what big surprise he has in store for the kids can't spill the beans yet but, its something red and full of quality time! any guesses leave me a comment!

Used all JenniBowlin on this except for ribbon and bling. THis is a picture of the first year box little boy version that I finished for the store today I think is turned out really sweet It is on sale now so go in and check it out great unique and personal keepsake for any new little guy you might need a gift for! Well Busy day is almost over need to get the kids from Bible School and then we are done for the day probably go down and work on stuff in the studio after they go to bed. Have a great night, talk to you again soon!

Newsflash if you have a Cricut

Have you seen this thing.....the gypsie.......Provo craft is releasing a new devise for the cricut that is portable and holds all your cartridges at once so you can "design on the go" Lots of controversy (due to rumors it erases your cartridges for piracy (ebay selling) reasons after they upload however, provo crafts is denying this) and they are keeping it totally under wraps but, the buzz is huge in scrapbook world. Here is a link to a little information. Make sure you watch the videos they crack me up (a little scrapbook addict humor) and then let me know your thoughts.

http://www.scrapbookupdate.com/2009/07/11/provocraft-unleashes-viral-marketing-campaign-for-cricut-gypsy/

Will be back later after gymnastics and errands to upload a project I did for the store and a layout! Have a fun day and enjoy.

Little Jaycie CLaire with her boat in the ocean. The writing and swirls on the photo are photoshop brushes I always love how they turn out I just need to take the time to do them more often. The large background paper is my minds eye Bella Bella collection. A really soft layout that just feels beachy and little girl to me. Hope you like it. Must finish some stuff for the store tonight and taking the kids to a car show downtown in our little village tomorrow should be fun for them, lots to do there! Gonna try to get some photos of the the kiddos with the newly refurbished caboose that is sitting down there. Depends on what time of day we go and how the light is. Also seriously need to mow the lawn gonna loose the dog in it soon! Yikes

Group Hugs

this is one of my favorites to date it is the kids with there cousin Nate on the beach during a family photo shoot I did. I love how the layout turned out and I just think that photo is so telling of their relationship to one another! Love it, love it, love it! Aren't they too Cute? Still haven't gotten a flat publishing photo of it that I like yet but, I had to let you see it. Just couldn't wait. Be sure to scroll down one to the other layouts I did last night also and leave me a comment! I love meeting all of you and I see you stopping in on the tracker from all over the world, how fun!

My Last Night

This is what I did last night along with one more that I am having trouble photographing but, as soon as I find the right light I will put it up as well. Will be submitting these to magazine calls and the third one that I hopefully get up later, will go as a design team entrant at Cocoa Daisy probably my last one. THe first is a cute pic I took of Jace and the kids walking in front of me on the beach and the second one is totally Tucker hamming it up! Need to work on the blue tint I'm getting on the photos lately have no idea why unless some little someone got a hold of my camera! Off to investigate "cameragate" next.

Always the last to know

Ok I really do live in my own little world but, just in case there is one more person out there like me who didn't know My Minds Eye has started their own blog as of June here:

http://mymindseye.typepad.com/blog/

This was the first scrap paper I ever bought from their wild asparagus collection and I have been a fan ever since!

They are sharing lots of sneak peaks if you look back a few posts for whats coming out at CHA-S. Cute stuff as usual lovin' the Halloween stuff. Can you believe that will be right around the corner? I was in Micheals over the weekend and they were already putting there stuff out for Halloween on the Fourth of July..................something wrong with that, I guess we just have a hard time enjoying where we are and looking on to the next thing even when it comes to retail!

Here's to enjoying where you are at go scrap something important to you right now and savor it!

Hugs Amy

Finding my lost groove

HI every body hope your day is as bright and sunny as it is here. THe kids are excited TUcker is having a little friend over for the first time today so they are ready to play!

Well I have lost my creative groove the last couple days so, I did what I always do to find it I went into my studio and made myself put some layouts together. Below is the results just mediocre layouts but, that is ok I found the groove, albeit in the wee hours of the morning and I could barely keep my eyes open, but none the less she's back and the layout I started and couldn't finish because we were fresh out of toothpicks to hold my eyelids up is really cute. Can't wait to finish it, hopefully tonight and get it up here for you all!

Also finished my application to COcoa Daisy today and will be sending it off later on. Still trying to decide on what I want to present to them as far as projects but, that is an online thing so I do not have to have my final decisions until the 25th. They are only looking for 2 positions and there will be applicants from all over the world on this one so we shall see.

Have a fun day everyone and get out and enjoy the good old Summer time, I fear it will be gone oh to soon!

i CANT stop Cosmo Cricket ing!

I think I may have a problem but, I just love these lines from Cosmo Cricket. Yes I did try for the design team and the Cosmo blog update said they had narrowed to 17 so they either like me or they don't at this point but, I love them and can't stop creating. This is what I did last night. A cute little Daddy card that will get used in the near future since Jason still hasn't been home to recieve his gift. And an oldy pic of Jaycie CLaire but, I love it and wanted to tell another story around it from the first layout I did way back. I just love the Dutch Girl line for her its just so sweet and Jaycie like.
Hope everyone is finding time to celebrate today! Happy Birthday America! The kids are hoping it stops raining here in time for the fireworks and I am trying to think of some fun 4th indoor project to do with them. Enjoy your day and be safe!

Mini Book Frenzy

Our album for this summer
2009 365 album couldn;t get the CK kit so made my own

This one is the start of Christmas gifts stash

our trip to Branson last month love the maya road album

las falls album so cool I actually attached a picture frame to the front

Back again today all too document and pay tribute to some of my mini's. I just love these little guys and put them together around themes all the time.

They are so cute to decorate your house during the seasons and very easy for family members and guests to look through as opposed to a big album. I keep mine in a large basket on my dining room buffet and use little picture frame easels all over the house to display my favorites at the time or seasonal ones that add that cute decorative touch.

another great place to stash some is a bathroom basket (you know for those unmentionable times when we all need something to look at and pass the time away LOL) or in guest rooms for your visitors to get an even closer look at your life and the things you do and love. They are also great little show and tell items for the kiddos to take to school.

I just love mini books and albumns and can never have enough they are also just the best little gifts to give both finished and unfinished.

Well not much going on here in the midwest other that brrrrr its chilly out today, no swimming for us. Getting plans together for the 4th.

Have a safe and happy holiday and enjoy the mini's

Hugs AMY
